Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Residential Sales Representative. As a Residential Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to residential customers. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Conduct sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
Skills:
- Proven experience in technical sales or related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet targets
- Knowledge of the residential market and industry trends
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Ability to thrive in an outside sales role, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking
